TT Electronics S-2CONNECT (Speed To Connect) Pro Tracking / Monitoring Kit is an innovative system that enables users to deploy IoT solutions faster, smarter, and more cost-effective. The Speed to Connect is an end-to-end IoT framework that seamlessly delivers hardware, connectivity, infrastructure, and user experience solutions. The kit contains the S-2CONNECT Hub, S-2CONNECT Sense devices, Hub PSU, and 3 months subscription including 25MB data per month for Telenor connexion data (or longer as an option) and backend/portal for Point of Care (POC)/samples.
The S-2CONNECT Hub is a smart hub using leading GNSS and LTE technology. This device provides real-time positioning data using GNSS and transmits the data over LTE Cat M1 or NB-IoT with 2G fallback for global coverage. The S-2CONNECT hub supports 16MB QSPI flash memory/storage and an Arm® 32-bit STM32L4 processor. This device operates over a -30°C to +60°C temperature range and is available in 155mm x 65mm x 20mm dimensions.
The S-2CONNECT Sense is a BLUETOOTH® Low Energy (BLE) tag designed to record temperature, humidity, and impact data. This device utilizes BLE to transfer the information to the nearest S-2CONNECT hub. The S-2CONNECT sense supports 256kB/8MB memory/flash and an Arm Cortex M4 processor. This device operates from -20°C to +85°C and is available in 33.0mm x 64.5mm x 9.5mm dimensions.
These devices can be deployed for asset tracking, smart home, mHealth, cold chain, and industrial IoT applications.
