Texas Instruments REF33xx Voltage References
Texas Instruments REF33xx Voltage References are precision, low-power, low-dropout, series voltage references available in SC70-3, SOT-23-3, and UQFN-8 packages. The REF33xx’s small size and low power consumption (5µA max) make them ideal for various portable and battery-powered applications. The Texas Instruments REF33xx can be operated at a supply voltage of 180mV above the specified output voltage under normal load conditions, except the REF3312, which has a minimum supply voltage of 1.7V. All models are specified for the wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.Features
