
Qorvo TQL9062 & TQL9063 Ultralow Noise Bypass LNAs
Qorvo TQL9062 and TQL9063 Ultralow Noise Bypass Low Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) feature high-linearity, ultralow noise, and an integrated bypass mode. The TQL9062 covers the 0.5GHz to 6.0GHz frequency band and the TQL9063 covers the 0.5GHz to 4.0GHz frequency band. Both devices are internally matched using a high performance E-pHEMT (Enhancement-Mode Pseudomorphic High-Electron Mobility Transistor) process and only requires four external components for operation from a single positive supply, an external RF choke and blocking/bypass capacitors. The TQL9062 and TQL9063 LNAs are targeted for wireless infrastructure or other applications requiring high linearity and/or good noise figure.The Qorvo TQL9062 and TQL9063 LNAs are offered in a compact 2.0mm x 2.0mm Dual Flat No-Lead (DFN) package, ideal for space-constrained applications.
