HellermannTyton High Performance Wedge Clips

HellermannTyton High-Performance Wedge Clips are built with a PA66 material blend to resist impact, heat, and UV exposure. These wedge clips offer a two-piece ratcheting wedge design for easy, positive-locking size adjustment. The high-performance wedge clips can be paired with any heavy-duty cable tie and route cables along a frame or rail in vertical or horizontal applications. These clips feature a peel-and-stick 3M™ Very High Bond (VHB™) adhesive inside the clip, which increases the grip and enables one-hand installation. The wedge clips achieve high extraction force using an integrated wedge mechanism that slides along an internal stepped incline until snug against the mounting surface. These wedge clips are RoHS compliant, come in three sizes, and cover a wide range of mounting thicknesses. The robust design and durable materials make it ideal for extreme-duty applications.
