VCUT ESD Protection Diodes

Vishay Semiconductors VCUT ESD Protection Diodes are bidirectional and symmetrical (BiSy) diodes designed to clamp positive and negative overvoltage transients to ground. These VCUT diodes are connected between the data or signal line and the ground that offers high isolation within a specified working range. The VCUT diodes feature low package profile, 1-line ESD-protection, low leakage current, low load capacitance, and 60W peak pulse power. These VCUT diodes have very low line inductance due to the short leads and tiny LLP0603-2L package allowing them to clamp ESD-strikes with minimal over-/undershoots.
