2560 Series Oscilloscopes

This allows oscilloscopes to capture infrequent glitches with excellent signal fidelity. The 2560 oscilloscopes feature up to 300MHz bandwidth, 2GSa/s maximum sample rate, and 140Mpts memory depth. These oscilloscopes include a logic analyzer and decode software which provides 16 additional digital channels and serial bus decoding.
