Melexis MLX90293 Linear Hall Sensor ICs

Melexis MLX90293 Linear Hall Sensor ICs are AEC-Q100 qualified sensors designed to measure the magnetic field component perpendicular to the surface of the IC. These sensor ICs support extensive nonlinear optimization of the transfer characteristics that enable simplified magnetic designs. The MLX90293 Hall sensor ICs feature selectable output modes including analog, Pulse Width Modulation (PWM), and SENT 2010. These ICs offer 10-bit thermal accuracy, open/short diagnostics, over-voltage detection, and under-voltage detection. The MLX90293 Hall sensor ICs are programmable with the PTC-04 and the PTC-04-DB-90316 daughterboard. Typical applications include absolute small-angle rotary position sensor, absolute small stroke linear position sensor, pedal position sensor, torque sensors, and non-contacting potentiometer.
