KYOCERA AVX HQCC Hi-Q® High RF Power Capacitors
KYOCERA AVX HQCC Hi-Q® High RF Power Surface-Mount MLC Capacitors provide ultra-low ESR and dissipation factor at high frequencies. The capacitors handle high power and high voltage levels, including 300V to 7200V. KYOCERA AVX HQCC Hi-Q capacitors are ideally suited for applications such as RF power amplifiers, inductive heating, high magnetic field environments (MRI coils), medical, and industrial electronics.

- 1.0pF to 2,700pF capacitance range (25ºC, 1.0 ±0.2Vrms at 1kHz, for ≤ 1000pF use 1MHz)
- -55°C to +125°C operating temperature range
- ±0.10pF, ±0.25pF, ±0.50pF, ±1%, ±2%, ±5%, ±10%, ±20% capacitance tolerances
- 0.1% max. dissipation factor (+25°C, 1.0 ±0.2Vrms at 1kHz, for ≤ 1000 pF use 1MHz)
- C0G temperature characteristic: 0 ±30ppm/°C (-55°C to +125°C), P90: 90 ± 30ppm/°C (-55°C to +125°C)
- Insulation resistance
- 100K MΩ min. at +25°C and 500VDC
- 10K MΩ min. at +125°C and 500VDC
- Dielectric strength
- 250% of WVDC, caps rated at ≤500VDC for 5 seconds
- 150% of WVDC, caps rated at ≤1250VDC for 5 seconds
- 120% of WVDC, caps rated >1250VDC or less for 5 seconds
