CEL L9204F RF PIN Diode

CEL L9204F RF PIN Diode features high power handling for VHF/UHF band and low series resistance. This diode offers 0.9pF maximum capacitance, 3kΩ typical parallel resistance, and 0.65Ω maximum forward series resistance. The L9204F PIN diode also features very low insertion loss and high isolation. This diode is lead-free, halogen-free, and RoHS compliant. The L9204F PIN diode comes in a SOD-123 ST molded plastic package having tin-plated terminals.
