Bourns SMPS CD-HD Schottky Bridge Rectifier Diodes

Bourns SMPS CD-HD Schottky Bridge Rectifier Diodes provide exceptionally low forward voltage in a space-saving package. This enables developers of set-top boxes, monitors, cable modems, and other AC-operated products to achieve power-efficient designs. The Bourns CD-HD Schottky Bridge Rectifier Diodes offer a forward current of 1A (CD-HD0x) or 2A (CD-HD2x) with a choice of repetitive peak reverse voltages between 40V and 100V.

The compact size of the CD-DF Surface Mount Bridge Rectifier Diodes make them well-suited for use in high-density board designs. These devices can also mount onto the bottom side of Printed Circuit Board Assemblies (PCBAs) where necessary. These Bourns chip diodes conform to JEDEC standards, are easy to handle on standard pick and place equipment, and a flat configuration minimizes roll-away.
