Bourns SM8SF-Q Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode offers a 24 to 36V reverse voltage range and a 7000W maximum peak power dissipation rating. The SM8SF-Q Diode is designed to provide overvoltage protection for sensitive electronics and meets ISO7637-2 and ISO16750-2 requirements. Bourns SM8SF-Q Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode is ideal for high-peak power applications, load switching and lighting, and high-temperature applications.
