Bourns ChipGuard® MLC Automotive ESD Protectors

Bourns ChipGuard^® MLC Automotive ESD Protectors are sub-1pF protectors designed specifically for use in automotive circuits requiring ESD protection. The CGA-MLC series is available in industry-standard 0402 and 0603 packages. In addition to low capacitance, these ESD protectors exhibit extremely fast response times to ESD events, making them ideal for protecting a wide array of high-speed digital electronic applications. Bourns ChipGuard® MLC Automotive ESD Protectors are AEC-Q200 qualified.

This ultra-low capacitance, single-channel ESD protector protects sensitive electronics from damage caused by electrostatic discharges.
