
Azoteq IQS620A ProxFusion Sensor IC
Azoteq IQS620A ProxFusion® Sensor IC integrates multiple sensor technologies onto a single chip. The IQS620A offers dual direction Hall-effect sensing, along with capacitive touch sensing, and two-level inductive sensing. The IQS620A is designed for applications where any or all of these technologies may be required. The IQS620A is an ultra-low-power solution designed for short or long-term activations through any of the sensing channels. The IQS620A sensor is fully I2C compatible and can be configured to output main trigger events on GPIOs.By combining multiple sensors onto a single sensor IC, the IQS620A ProxFusion Sensor IC allows developers to reduce the bill of materials, power consumption, and board space required for an application. The IQS620A is available in a compact 3mm x 3mm DFN-10 and 1.07mm x 1.53mm WLCSP-9 packages.
