Analog Devices Inc. LTM4632 Step-Down μModule® Regulators
Analog Devices Inc. LTM4632 Step-Down μModule® Regulators are triple-output regulators housed in an ultra-thin package. The LTM4632 includes the switching controller, power FETs, inductors, and support components. The LTM4632 Regulators offer a complete power solution for DDR-QDR™4 SRAM. From a 3.6V to 15V input voltage, the LTM4632 regulators support two ±3A output rails and a 10mA low noise reference VTTR output. Both output rails are sink and source capable of VDDQ and VTT. Designers can configure the power module as a two-phase single ±6A output VTT. To optimize performance, the devices support selectable Burst Mode operation (CH1 only) and output voltage tracking. Analog Devices Inc. LTM4632's high switching frequency and current-mode control architecture deliver a fast transient response to line and load changes while maintaining stable operation.
