Analog Devices Inc. LT1761 LDO Regulators

Analog Devices LT1761 Low Dropout (LDO) Regulators offer micropower operation while being capable of supplying 50ma output current with a dropout voltage of 300mA. These regulators follow linear behavior and are specifically designed to be used in battery-powered or high-voltage systems. The LT1761 LDO regulators deliver low quiescent current and are capable of operating with very small output capacitors.

These LDO regulators feature internal protection circuitry that includes reverse battery protection, current limiting, thermal limiting, and reverse current protection. The LT1761 LDO regulators are available in a 5V fixed output voltage and as adjustable voltage output with 1.275V reference voltage. Typical applications include telecom and automotive industries.
